经济全球化对发展中国家的不利影响。经济全球化给发展中国家带来了难得的发展机遇，同时也带来了一系列不利影响。
1、威胁经济安全。经济安全观是与世界经济一体化和全球化以及科学技术的巨大进步分不开的。衡量经济安全的标准有两个:一是国际竞争能力，因为追求经济安全的目的是提高国际竞争力，没有国际竞争力，一国的经济安全就没有保证；二是一国在国际分工中的地位，决定着一国经济命脉的控制权问题。由于发展中国家往往技术基础薄弱、人才短缺、资金不足，很难在高科技领域占有一席之地，所以其国际竞争力不足。同时，也对发展中国家的经济主权造成一定的冲击。经济全球化主要是在发达国家的国际制度安排下展开的，参与经济全球化的发展中国家必须遵守已有的国际条约、协定和惯例，发展中国家为了获得经济全球化给本国带来的好处，有时还被迫主动对经济管理权限作出一些让步，结果造成发展中国家的经济活动受制于发达国家。
2、危害金融安全。金融国际化是经济全球化的核心，主要表现为资本流动全球化、货币体系全球化、金融市场全球化、金融机构全球化，以及金融协调与监管全球化。与较发达国家相比，发展中国家国内金融体制不健全，金融市场不发达，缺乏高级金融人才。同时，国际金融市场动荡，投机猖獗，风暴四起，使得国际间货币合作的风险加大。而发展中国家为了促进经济的快速发展，在扩大利用外资规模的同时，放松了对本国金融市场的监管，一旦国内经济出现问题，发达国家的投机资本便会乘虚而入，必定酿成金融市场的严重危机。
3、对发展中国家的产业结构也造成了一定的负面影响。在国际分工体系中，处于外围边缘地带的发展中国家，由于历史和现实的原因，容易接受发达国家高层次产业的垂直分工，最终导致发展中国家产业结构的单一性、从属性，从而受到发达国家经济发展周期的不良影响。
4、影响政府收入与政府借贷。贸易自由化将会使政府关税减少。在自由化的最初阶段，其影响可能是中性的，甚至会增加额外收入，但最终会减少政府总收入水平。同样，任何税收减免或对外国投资者、出口生产商的税收抵免措施都将减少税收收入。

Moreover, companies are as opening their counterparts in other countries which can result in transferring the quality of their proct to other countries, thereby increasing the chances of poor quality. Simply put, globalization is an ongoing process of integration of regional economies into global network of communication which the human being cannot hold back. So we should keep a positive attitude toward it, take good use of it and avoid disadvantages at the same time. Thus there will be a better world where all the people can have a brighter future.
