1.首先外贸开发信的标题(也就主题,SUB.)该怎么写?因为标题是老外还没有打开邮件时,第一眼看到的就是邮件的标题,是第一眼印象。
2.开发信开头称呼要恰当,有些人写外贸开发信不喜欢加称呼,甚至连简单的“你好”都忽略,直接开始正文内容。孰不知就像在传统的信件上一样,写上称呼是一种礼貌的象征。
3标题不能太长,以OUTLOOKEXPRESS邮箱为例,一般6-7个英文单词,大概40个字母的长度,太多的标题超出部分就用...代替,看不到内容了。
4.开发信的内容不能太长,尽可能将你的邮件内容写得简单明了,废话少说,文章太长不易阅读和吸收。当然,你需要再增加更多的细节内容。

8.重新阅读一篇,校对拼写错误。排版或拼写错误有时能导致对一个单词的误解。尤其当你用邮件来沟通专业性内容时,这样的错误就很尴尬,甚至有些失礼。它可能改变你整个开发信的意思。

首先确定是不是准客户。
第二封开发信,确实也是很难写的。如果是成品类,我觉得可以发些产品类的信息吧。
像我们是专业做OEM的,就没法发这些内容了。只能从其他方面入手了。
