1、恩我是个货代业务员初次给客人打电话应该怎么说

看看下面的吧:
1,报价
正常情况下,接到询价的电话,要弄清楚是”实单”还是”核算成本”。
我们货代,其实就是外贸人的伙伴。当外贸人接到国外询盘,要求报cif价的时候,他们的第一反应是找货代询价。这个时候,你就要多问其几句,弄清楚正常其接单到出货预计要几个星期。然后根据你的经验(每年的广交会后运价会有小幅波动,十月左右,欧美圣诞档期开始会有波动,由十二月到来年的二月,接连是元旦与中国家历的新年,运价也有波动等等)报出一个参考价。很多时候,有的货代销售只要是接到询价电话,就报个最低的价格过去,狠不得把其它的报价全部杀死。好了,一个月后(正常外贸接单到出货需要一个月时间)再次接到“实单”询价的时候,傻眼了吧:当时能做的下来的价格,现在做了有亏没赚。不接吧,这个客人丢掉了,接吧,只好再压价,这样几个来回,利润也没了。

一单出口货,外贸公司或者工厂,有自已合理的利润,当然,谁都想利润最大化,所以吧,要你给最低价本也无可厚非,但是吧,正常也不会把你逼的怎么样。可是吧,千万别自已把自已弄的没利润。

天天有人询价是好事,但是报价的时候一定要留意。

做货代的话现在要看你是做同行的还直客的,直客的话不像以前那样报价要小心翼翼的报价了,因为一个直客现在联系的货代不知道有多少,一般就是自己的成本加点利润报过去就可以了~~同行那就不用说了~在自己有优势的航线上加点钱,要是没什么优势的话就直接低价报出去好了~~保持不要亏本就行~

2、如何和货代谈报价

到底是和货代谈价格还是跟报关行谈价格?

如果是货代,你得先让货代了解你的货物,"品名,税号,经营单位,有木无木,是否熏蒸,有无标识,20尺/40尺,重量,除了箱单发票合同,是否还有其他单据,以及特别注意事项"然后就可以让他给你报价了.....注意:如果是散杂货和特种箱,必须用委托申请价格,否则他报给你的价格出入很大,也就是只能给你个参考价

如果是报关行,那就很简单了,进出口报关行都是几十块的底,但是你得给他点利润空间嘛~一般出口给他90-120/票,进口120-150/票

3、要货主与货代交易的基本对话,汉语

客户:到雅加达小柜一个多少钱 做CIF
货代:费用明细 USD 200/20GP 报关等等费用
客户:好的 托书给你

货代内:雅加达一个小柜容 USD 180做不做
船公司:可以 你托书过来

货代:报关资料明天给你
报关行:好的

货代:后天去哪里哪里拖车
车队:好的

货代:买个保险,货值50万美金,千分之一做不做
保险:好的

货代:安排好了,后天拖车,明天报关,船开后提单和保单帮你寄过来,我先开票给你,付款买单。
客户:好的

4、货代怎么跟同行询价? 小弟刚开始做.. 不太会说

这个简单。
通电话,直接说想询价,报上起运港,目的港,柜型,所需要的船公司,问价专格。
对方回答属之后,说有实货,能优惠到什么程度。
然后记录下价钱,最后说要把这个价钱报给客户,如能做再致电。
这样就可以了,不需要紧张。假如别人要问公司名。如果不能说实际的,就随便说你知道的一家名字即可。

5、货代与货主交易的基本英语对话,越全越好,越多越好谢谢

A: What lines do you have?
B: Evergreen, Maersk, Hanjin...

7、刚刚做货代.不知道怎么报价,要详细的答案.最好是帮我举个例子

你做为货代,我们做为直客,其实对于每一个客户询价,从你的报价就可以看得出你的专业程度和服务水平。根据本人多年的经验,给你一些小建议:
1)报价务必清楚明了,一旦报出去的价格,如果客户接受,你不能回过头来说,你漏了某个附加费用,即便是亏钱,你也得接,否则,你这个客就没了。
2)报价的同时,要附上详细的船期,如果你们公司规模大,实力强,同一条航线有不同的船公司,你可以同时提供给客户选择,这样非常能体现出你的专业程度,客户也一目了然。

例如,从上海出去到迪拜,你可以这样报价:
海运费:USD275+THC+DOC (你也可以报个ALL In价,各有各的好处咯,因为每个客都不一样的,精明的人喜欢你分开,懒的人希望你给个All In价,他自己不用算得那么辛苦)
Carrier: COSCO/China Shipping/Yang Ming/Hanjin/Wanhai等等等,当然你报价的时候要按不同的船公司分开来,因为每个船公司的运费和航期不完全是一样的。

ETD Shanghai: XX-XX--XX 按实际情况

如明有转船,还要注明二程的船期哦,如果直航就不用。现在经济这么低迷,船期相对都很稳定的。这样报大概就一目了然了。

来到货代公司,很多朋友接受到的指令都是:

以上问题大多新手都会遇到。现在货代市场比较活跃,突发兴起的公司很多,竞争也日趋激烈,自然货代老板也希望业务员上来就能工作,而培养一个成手业务员大多需要3个月左右的时间,为了节省时间成本和人力成本,就需要逼新手上架,边实践边学习,在一定程度上这也是一个快进的好办法。
二.新手遇到的问题:

所以对于新手的这种心理我想提如下的建议:
如果单纯是询价,因为市场比较乱的缘故,很多业务员都没有足够的耐心向你报价,以建立关系,这时你需要对该公司做一个基本的了解,对方是一代还是合约公司即庄家.这样的公司询来的价格才有意义,同时在询价的时候要找对人,谁负责市场,哪条航线的市场,你目前要走什么货.货量,目的港,始发港,要求时间,什么方式....都要完全,才可以询到价钱,另外注意建议合作关系,公司的优势可能只能一两个,一条航线有三五家足够了..
如果是询问货主公司走货:
2.掌握该条航线的特点,船公司可能的中转点与船期,所包含的费用.可能会发生的费用.
最后打电话时要注意聆听分析对方的态度,还要了解一下对方的喜好.时不时的拜访或者聊下天.如果对方心情不好要适当转移话题,如果对方正烦着,你却还叨叨不休的介绍你的公司,那就属于不识相.当然打电话是一种技巧,其实最主要的还是业务知识的积累,只有能替货主解答疑问,也可能消除货主的疑问,建立信任.祝大家都成功!
