我是内地的货代,开发信我没写过,不过可以给你提点建议,内地货代一般是面对直客,直客到哪里,他们就去哪里,你需要点明的是,你什么航线有优势,你的优势在哪里,你优势的船公司是哪些,直客看重的就价格和服务

4、外贸的基本流程是什么?

一般流程

1.外贸洽谈前期,制作形式发票用于报价、交易参考或客户申请进口许可等。

2.交易确认以后,制作外贸合同。

3.准备交货的时候,制作商业发票、装箱单、核销单、报关单,申请商检通关单等报关出口

4.报关后海关退返核销单、报关单的收汇联与核销联等。

5.交货付运后,得到提单(有时是直接做电放提单)。

6.如果付款方式是信用证等方式付款, 需要制作、申办、整理客户所需的全套单据,如发票、装箱单、商检证、产地证、受益人证明等等以收取货款。

7.凭收汇银行水单、核销单、报关单核销联等办理核销与退税。

1 对等贸易:买方承担向卖方购买同等价值商品或劳务。

2 展卖:在本国举办和参加国外举办的各种国际性博览会或集市,集中一段时间进行进出口贸易。

2.完整(COMPLETENESS)。从某种意义上讲主要指一笔业务所涉及全部单据的完整性。可从以下几方面理解:第一、内容完整;第二、份数上完整;第三、种类的完整。凭单据买卖的合同/信用证都会明确要求出口方需提交哪些单据、提交几份、有无正副本要求、需否背书及应在单据上标明的内容,所有这些都必须得到满足。

3.及时(INTIME;PUNCTUALITY)指单据制作不迟延。具体可以这样理解:及时制单、及时审单、及时交单、及时收汇。

制作单据是个复杂的工程,多数单据由出口方完成,有些需要相关部门配合完成;审核应齐抓共管,这样就可以保证在规定的时间内把全部合格单据向有关方面提交,及时交单肯定意味着能及时收汇,及时收汇意味着又一个良性业务环节的开始。

4.简明(CONCISENESS)指所制作的单据简单、明了。UCP500规定,“为了防止混淆和误解,银行应劝阻在信用证或其任何修改书中加注过多的细节内容”,有关专家也指出,单据中不应出现与单据本身无关的内容。

5.整洁(TIDINESS)指单据应清楚、干净、美观、大方,单据的格式设计合理、内容排列主次分明、重点内容醒目突出。不应出现涂抹现象,应尽量避免或减少加签修改。

5、新手做外贸,前期怎样做

一、首先你要好好看看国内经济新闻,关心国际动态。

二、选择在这个形势下依然能很好生存的行业。最直接的方法就是平时多浏览一下网上或者电视上海关的数据总结,这才是你的方向,看看中国进出口哪些行业的比例比较高,可以反映出一些东西。

三、了解外贸的基本流程。如果你连怎么做外贸都不懂,那你该如何从头开始把每一步做好呢。这个可以上网上去搜很多基本的外贸知识。了解各个流程要用到的知识,理论的和实践操作的最好都去熟悉一下。

四、了解你要合作的外贸公司或者外贸平台。现在电子商务越来越成为大家找客户的主要途径。现在B2B网站层出不穷,网上也还是有很多在这些网站上跃跃欲试的人们。喜欢的。

五、了解你自己。在你进入某一个行业之前,最好先问问其他过来人,听听他们的创业经过,可以事先想想以你自己的能力和素质是否可以胜任这一个行业中的职位或者克服这些困难。

首先确定是不是准客户。
第二封开发信,确实也是很难写的。如果是成品类,我觉得可以发些产品类的信息吧。
像我们是专业做OEM的,就没法发这些内容了。只能从其他方面入手了。
另外,时间间隔的话,我觉得2个星期合适吧。
