2、有個同事他離職了,我現在要接手他外國客戶,要發英文郵件給客戶說明以後由我來負責，該怎麼寫
簡短一點的話：
Dear xxx（客戶名字），
We would like to inform that xxx（離職同事名字）has left our company with immediate effect. For any correspondance related to the procts and services of our company, please kindly contact the undersigned.
We will continue to provide excellent services to you at all times.
xxx (你的名字，職位，公司名，聯絡號碼）
