不知不覺，進入高璐美快5個月了，回首這5個月的學習和工作，有最初在車間實習的艱辛與汗水，有最初跟單時的困難與挫折，也有圓滿完成任務的高興和滿足，很高興能進入到高璐美和大家一起學習、共同成長、共同進步。現就20xx年個人工作情況總結如下：
一、年度工作情況：
1、熟悉了解公司的各個方面：我於20xx年8月底進入公司，在這里要感謝公司讓我在公司的生產一線鍛煉了一個月，讓我能在第一時間親自了解公司的產品生產工藝流程及規格尺寸，為以後的跟單工作打下了堅實的基礎。在實習結束回到辦公室後也開始加緊對公司的各項規章制度進行全面了解，熟悉公司的企業文化。通過了解和熟悉，我為能進入公司這個團隊感到自豪，同時也感到自身的壓力。在以後的工作中，我將以公司的各項規章制度為准則，嚴格要求自己，在堅持原則的情況下敢於嘗試，更快更好地完成工作任務。
2、熟悉跟單業務流程：作為一名跟單新手，必須盡快讓自己了解跟渣遲尺單這項工作以及清晰的跟單流程及相關的外貿術語。不得不承認，最初的我，對於跟單，沒有太多的具體概念，所幸，在部門領導人的培養、支持和領導之下，慢慢地開始熟悉跟單的具體操作流程。在工作中我學習到，跟單工作是一項需要細心,還需要穩重的工作。而要做到這些,一是要從基本功上多下工夫,對業務熟練掌握;二是要主動培養自己嚴謹細致的習慣,無論面對什麼樣的事情,先要做到平心靜氣,不急不躁;三是要主動的與銷售經理,與各個部門的同事溝通,做到不恥下問,不懂就問,有疑問就問;四是要有鍥而不舍的精神,跟單在一開始可能是一件新奇的工作,時間長了可能會產生厭煩的情緒,這是需要避免的,無論從事什麼性質的工作,都是在發揮自己的作用,只有堅持不懈才能不斷進步。我想只有這樣,才能把跟單這份工作做好,才能不斷的提高自己的能力,從而為更進一步的發展打下良好的基礎。
二、工作中不足和需要改進的地方旦虧：
1、工作主動性發揮的還不是很好，對工作的預見性和創造性不夠，離領導的要求還有一定的距離;
2、業務知識方面掌握的還不夠扎實，在今後的工作中，我一定會嚴格要求自己，虛心學習，我相信憑著自己高度的責任心和自信心，一定能夠改進這些缺點和不足，爭取在各個方面取得更大的進步。
3、要更加細心認真地完成工作，尤其在做資料的時候。跟單是一份很細致的工作，所以我們在跟單的時候必須要做到認真、細致、仔細。
4、要學會全面考慮問題。每一次出貨的同時也伴隨著下一次出貨的到來，包括出貨的時候需要考慮到客人是否有足夠的庫存，某種產品的規格是客人現在急缺的，要先出貨;我們目前所生產的能不能滿足客人的訂單等等一系列問題。
5、要及時有效地和各個相關部門溝通。每次出貨前，都需要和計劃溝通，確定大概的出貨時間;多去車間看看生產情況，產量等;每天與計劃及倉庫確認產品生產進度和每日入庫情況，以便更好地做好出貨前的准備。
6、走好跟單流程每一步。20xx年，跟單流程混亂，沒有一個統一的流程，正所謂「沒有規矩不成方圓「20xx年將嚴格按照跟單及出口規范流程執行。
三、對20xx年的展望：
來到GLM工作，我的收獲莫過於在敬業精神、思想境界、業務素質和工作能力上都得到了很大的進步與提高，也激勵我在工作中不斷前進與完善。隨著公司不斷的發展壯大，可以預料我們的工作將更加繁重，要求也更高，需掌握的知識更高更廣。為此，我將更加勤奮的工作，努力的學習和提高文化素質和各種工作技能，為公司做出應有的貢獻。我明白企業的美好明天要靠大家的努力去創造，相信在全體員工的共同努力下，企業的美好明天更輝煌。

1、工作內容，對公司的貢獻
首先，非常感謝公司對我的信任和支持，給了我一個重要的平台。讓我在這一年裡能充分的學習與成長。

進一步規范自己的工作流程，加強工作的計劃性。預先充分估量工作中問題的潛在發生性，預先防範。相應加強工作力度，完善細化前期工作。減少乃至杜絕其發生的可能性。在工作中重復發掘、及時處理問題並總結經驗，對以後的工作方式和細節則進一步完善。
3、自己的不足及需要改進的地方
回首過去，每次為自己順利解決一個個問題而自我肯定——當然，這些成績的取得無不包含著領導的不懈關懷和同事的鼎力協助。但同時也深刻地認識到自己在工作中還有很多不足之處，需要在下一階段的工作中進一步學習和改進。
1、進一步加強向領導、向同事、向客戶學習的力度，不斷完善自己。學無止境，年前的我們要時刻保持著一顆虛心向上的心。
2、加強產品知識，生產工藝，加工過程知識上的學習。這是目前最欠缺的一塊，也是最重要的一塊。作為一名跟單(業務)員，如果缺乏這方面的知識，那麼其知識結構是不完整的，與客戶溝通，訂單的操作也不夠踏實。在這也衷心希望公司能夠繼續組織和加強這方面知識的培訓。
3、提高與客戶溝通的技巧。言語周全，滴水不漏。
4、面對來自大江南北的客戶，再多花點心思去了解他們(處事習慣，工作節奏)以便給予更周到的服務。

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Instrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graate program.
Ecation background
In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester, and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheling where my research interest lies.
At the period of my graate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graation Thesis.
Research experience and academic activity
When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998, I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial proct.
In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My ty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.
Besides, In July 2000, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year, I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.
I hope to study in depth
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
