4、外貿函電信函格式
一般外貿信函具有七個基本組成部分:信頭、日期、信內地址、稱呼、正文、結尾敬語和落款簽字。當然可能還有其他部分如:事由標題、附件和抄送等 。
1、信頭、日期和信內地址通常, 信頭位於信函上方的中間或者左邊, 包含發信人公司的名稱、地址、電話號碼和電子郵件地址等信息。日期則位於信頭下一行或兩行, 靠左, 英美兩國日期排列順序不同, 英國的順序是日、月、年。信內地址是收信人的聯系方式, 在日期下至少兩行 。
2、稱呼稱呼位於信內地址下兩行, 有不同的形式, 根據發信人和收信人之間的關系選擇不同的稱呼形式 。
3、正文外貿函電的正文一般包括三部分:開始, 正文和結尾 。在開始部分說明寫信目的, 如之前有過通信, 還會提及之前相關信函 。實際信息部分闡明寫信的具體目的、要求或希望 。結尾則表達美好願望或感謝之情 。
