1.常用的三個CIF,FOB,CFR,當然了,你只需要答這三個,如果面試人員問你還有哪些,你可以說剩下來的基本可以選擇放棄不做,風險大。常用的就是FOB,CIF,我一般是TT電匯收款。

5.如果客戶抱怨交貨慢,只要是在交貨期內,完全可以口頭上抱歉,下次整改,如果是超過約定期限,可以合理地解釋原因,大部分客戶都會理解。質量問題需要客戶說出具體哪地方問題,如果真有,再解決,如果客戶是口頭抱怨卻舉不出哪些地方,那就直接不需要理了。
