I'm a buyer from China. I previously bought an bag from official website via taobao. But I suprisingly found that the item I bought is different from the item described on official website. After comparing this bag with another MK bag I bought, I found this bag is not a real MK bag. Therefore I asked for the cancellation of this bag but taobao refused. They claimed that this proct is definitely from MK and they already provided an receipt.
As an huge fan of MK I couldn't stand this intolerant behaviour. Therefore may I ask you to check 1. Is this receipt a real official receipt from your company, and 2. the details of this proct (color, size and etc.) provided in this receipt.

My previous order of philips nerolco 1150x/40 was deleted by Amazon, for the reason STOCK-NOT-AVAILABLE. I used a mastercard $50-10 coupon on that order , Z2WF-******-WNZFGN, which was given by a friend of mine.
I'm not sure if this coupon would be redeem to my account balance, but I believe you can find out for me. So please either refund $10 to my creditcard or resend me a $50-10 coupon with a longer expiration. I'll be appreciated.
