1、收到每一個詢盤都要有所記錄,客戶的名字,電話,傳真,公司名,國家名,及其它相關的信息都最好記在筆記本上。找到郵箱,並且搜搜他們在互聯網上更多的一些信息,有利於你對客戶的了解和談判,這樣你可以更加好把握客戶;
2、為每一個客戶都建一個文檔,聯系過的信息及傳輸過的文件都要保存下來。不妨在每個客戶文檔都新建兩個子文件夾分別命名為:接收到的郵件,發出去的郵件,收到的郵件要定期導出。如果是出貨的話,最好可以建立帶有日期的文件夾,便於你返回去找文件方便,也方便你對貨物的全程跟進;
3、寄出去的樣品要及時的進行跟蹤,不仿有計劃的聯系一下客戶,隨時出集客戶的反饋信息,不要寄出去的樣品打「水漂」。
4、接到詢盤,不要急的回,首先了解一下對方的公司,及一些相關的信息,並且查下對方國家所在的時區。
5、在貿易通上找到的客戶,最好能和對方要得他的MSN或都其它常用的聊天工具,因為買家一般的時候不會上貿易通的,這樣可以為以後打好基礎。多方面聯繫上可以,有的時候客戶無法用郵件聯系,或者對方的郵箱出現了問題,客人出差電話沒有人接,所以有多方面的聯系方式會給你帶來很多方便,並且可以隨時問候客人;
6、多多的收集一下和自己公司的同類產品的信息及圖片,其它是那些有自營出品權的公司,這樣,賣別人的產品,自己也可以賺錢,而且,說不定還能賣出一些自己的產品。
