印象深刻是開發信成功的第一步,但是優勢點重點突出也很重要,開發信主動開發客戶屬於線上推廣的一種渠道,那麼我們寫開發信的時候首先要學會聚焦優勢,哪怕自己的產品價格、質量、交期、售後、工廠規模、有海外渠道、有品牌等等優勢,也不能全部寫進去開發信裡面,建議選擇2~3個優勢寫進去重點突出即可,剩下的優勢則是通過對比的方法來間接體現出來,不適合直接說。(具體原因大家可以了解下我們日常用的洗發水,看看是否都是聚焦去屑、或者聚焦控油、或者聚焦柔順、或者聚焦黑白之類的,還有就是汽車當中的BBA,是否也是各自搶佔了一個賣點,賓士主打商務,寶馬主打操控,奧迪主打科技,因為每個人內心都有屬於自己的一個特有心智,我們要想吸引到客戶的意向就首先要強攻下客戶內心特有的心智)

每個國外客戶的的喜好和側重點都不一樣的,大客戶不擔心自己談不下優勢價格版,所以說價格有優勢一般難以吸權引他們;要是小客戶,說產品質量很高他們可能更在乎的是價格或者說更喜歡樣品免費。建議把一個產品的優勢細分出來,然後選擇1~2個優勢去組成成一封開發信,輪流+周期的發給客戶,這樣就比較大概率通過不同風格和側重點的開發信吸引到對應的客戶回復了。

一般外貿開發信每周一發出最好,要有針對性,不能每次都是千篇一律的葯新穎,讓接受者不會把郵件當成「騷擾」或者「垃圾」郵件,要讓客戶看到郵件的有用的信息和價值!

外貿開發信就是外貿業務員把自己公司的產品、服務、優勢等通過郵件、信函發送給潛在的國外客戶,希望建立合作關系,共同發展,潛在的國外客戶收到郵件、信函後,如有意向,則會與外貿業務員進行進一步的溝通、談判,最終確立購買合同。外貿開發信是貿易雙方溝通交通的重要工具,是促成一樁交易達成的有力助攻。
那麼外貿開發信該如何寫才能更吸引人人那?
1.首先外貿開發信的標題(也就主題,SUB.)該怎麼寫?因為標題是老外還沒有打開郵件時,第一眼看到的就是郵件的標題,是第一眼印象。
2.開發信開頭稱呼要恰當,有些人寫外貿開發信不喜歡加稱呼,甚至連簡單的「你好」都忽略,直接開始正文內容。孰不知就像在傳統的信件上一樣,寫上稱呼是一種禮貌的象徵。
3標題不能太長,以OUTLOOKEXPRESS郵箱為例,一般6-7個英文單詞,大概40個字母的長度,太多的標題超出部分就用...代替,看不到內容了。
4.開發信的內容不能太長,盡可能將你的郵件內容寫得簡單明了,廢話少說,文章太長不易閱讀和吸收。當然,你需要再增加更多的細節內容。
5.開發信結尾:外貿推銷開發信的結尾就是留下公司名稱,網址,公司地址,聯系人姓名,電話,E-MAIL.SKYPE,WHATSAPP等等
6.少用主動語態,多用被動語態。盡量用被動語態寫郵件,少出現我們,我這種主語。因為老外注重客觀性,被動語態相對有真實性,用來說明或解釋事實的情況比較多。
7.郵件的發送時機:老外的郵箱每天收到全世界各地的推銷產品的郵件非常多。
8.重新閱讀一篇,校對拼寫錯誤。排版或拼寫錯誤有時能導致對一個單詞的誤解。尤其當你用郵件來溝通專業性內容時,這樣的錯誤就很尷尬,甚至有些失禮。它可能改變你整個開發信的意思。

7、關於外貿第二封開發信

我也是模復具方面行業制。
首先確定是不是准客戶。
第二封開發信,確實也是很難寫的。如果是成品類,我覺得可以發些產品類的信息吧。
像我們是專業做OEM的,就沒法發這些內容了。只能從其他方面入手了。
另外,時間間隔的話,我覺得2個星期合適吧。
