Arrival Notice 到貨通知書：An advice that the carrier sends to the consignee advising of goods coming forward for delivery. Pertinent information such as BL No.,container No. and total charge e from consignee, etc, are included and sent to consignee prior to vessel arrival. This is done gratuitously by the carrier to ensure smooth delivery but there is no obligation by the carrier to do so. The responsibility to monitor the transit and present himself to take timely delivery still rests with the consignee.

海運部單證員對英語的要求不是很高的。
海運單證員主要的工作是負責進回出口相關單證的製作，管理及信答用證審核，收集和整理各種單證，完成送貨單，訂單核對等對單據的各項處理，並進行基礎數據錄入和歸檔，跟蹤貨物的送貨情況，統計核對相關數據，及時准確與貨代公司聯系裝箱，送倉工作，在整個過程中，完成與業務員、跟單員以及客戶，貨代各方面的協調溝通工作，協助參與收付匯，外匯核銷以及退稅的跟蹤。
單證員是指在對外貿易結算業務中，買賣雙方憑借在進出口業務中應用的單據、證書來處理貨物的交付，運輸，商檢，結匯等工作的人員。單證員的主要工作有審證，制單，審單，交單與歸檔等—系列業務活動，具有工作量大，涉及面廣和時間性強與要求高等特點。

1 外貿單證和貨代單證還是不一樣的 ，外貿單證主要要了解貿易中所需要的單證，信版用證 合同 發票權 裝修單以及企業報關時候所需要的核銷單 報關委託書等報關單證的製作。貨代單證主要是要了解各個船公司單證對單要求和操作，對報關方面也需要有了解，但是主要不涉及，現在大部分貨代公司，報關這塊都會交給OP才做，文件只負責跟船公司對單。
2 對英語了解 外貿的主要是一些貿易術語 專業詞彙 貨代的話，主要是貨運中的一些專業詞彙。一般英語都可以勝任。
4、貨代單證有迷糊，求大俠們解釋一下！ booking ，s/o，b/l，d/o，這些單證都...
Booking:訂艙。也指客人下給你的托書。
S/O：放艙單。就是船東放艙位給你的憑證。拿那張放艙單就可以去吊櫃子了。
B/L:提單。
D/O：指籠統的單證。
流程的話，以你向船公司訂艙為例。
你先向船公司下BOOKING，船公司審核成功後，放S/O給你，你拿S/O給拖車去吊櫃後，工廠裝完貨後，就開始做B/L，然後整理相關D/O就好了。
這只是一個大概的流程，具體中間還有涉及到很多細節。做一套下來你就明白了。
