1、恩我是個貨代業務員初次給客人打電話應該怎麼說

看看下面的吧:
1,報價
正常情況下,接到詢價的電話,要弄清楚是」實單」還是」核算成本」。
我們貨代,其實就是外貿人的夥伴。當外貿人接到國外詢盤,要求報cif價的時候,他們的第一反應是找貨代詢價。這個時候,你就要多問其幾句,弄清楚正常其接單到出貨預計要幾個星期。然後根據你的經驗(每年的廣交會後運價會有小幅波動,十月左右,歐美聖誕檔期開始會有波動,由十二月到來年的二月,接連是元旦與中國家歷的新年,運價也有波動等等)報出一個參考價。很多時候,有的貨代銷售只要是接到詢價電話,就報個最低的價格過去,狠不得把其它的報價全部殺死。好了,一個月後(正常外貿接單到出貨需要一個月時間)再次接到「實單」詢價的時候,傻眼了吧:當時能做的下來的價格,現在做了有虧沒賺。不接吧,這個客人丟掉了,接吧,只好再壓價,這樣幾個來回,利潤也沒了。

一單出口貨,外貿公司或者工廠,有自已合理的利潤,當然,誰都想利潤最大化,所以吧,要你給最低價本也無可厚非,但是吧,正常也不會把你逼的怎麼樣。可是吧,千萬別自已把自已弄的沒利潤。

天天有人詢價是好事,但是報價的時候一定要留意。

做貨代的話現在要看你是做同行的還直客的,直客的話不像以前那樣報價要小心翼翼的報價了,因為一個直客現在聯系的貨代不知道有多少,一般就是自己的成本加點利潤報過去就可以了~~同行那就不用說了~在自己有優勢的航線上加點錢,要是沒什麼優勢的話就直接低價報出去好了~~保持不要虧本就行~

2、如何和貨代談報價

到底是和貨代談價格還是跟報關行談價格?

如果是貨代,你得先讓貨代了解你的貨物,"品名,稅號,經營單位,有木無木,是否熏蒸,有無標識,20尺/40尺,重量,除了箱單發票合同,是否還有其他單據,以及特別注意事項"然後就可以讓他給你報價了.....注意:如果是散雜貨和特種箱,必須用委託申請價格,否則他報給你的價格出入很大,也就是只能給你個參考價

如果是報關行,那就很簡單了,進出口報關行都是幾十塊的底,但是你得給他點利潤空間嘛~一般出口給他90-120/票,進口120-150/票

3、要貨主與貨代交易的基本對話,漢語

客戶:到雅加達小櫃一個多少錢 做CIF
貨代:費用明細 USD 200/20GP 報關等等費用
客戶:好的 托書給你

貨代內:雅加達一個小櫃容 USD 180做不做
船公司:可以 你托書過來

貨代:報關資料明天給你
報關行:好的

貨代:後天去哪裡哪裡拖車
車隊:好的

貨代:買個保險,貨值50萬美金,千分之一做不做
保險:好的

貨代:安排好了,後天拖車,明天報關,船開後提單和保單幫你寄過來,我先開票給你,付款買單。
客戶:好的

4、貨代怎麼跟同行詢價? 小弟剛開始做.. 不太會說

這個簡單。
通電話,直接說想詢價,報上起運港,目的港,櫃型,所需要的船公司,問價專格。
對方回答屬之後,說有實貨,能優惠到什麼程度。
然後記錄下價錢,最後說要把這個價錢報給客戶,如能做再致電。
這樣就可以了,不需要緊張。假如別人要問公司名。如果不能說實際的,就隨便說你知道的一家名字即可。

5、貨代與貨主交易的基本英語對話,越全越好,越多越好謝謝

Procts owner(A): What's the cost for a 20 feet container from Shenzhen to LA?
Forwarder(B): $$$$$
A: What lines do you have?
B: Evergreen, Maersk, Hanjin...
A: Which one is the best for me if my cargo is ready on 2/21/09?
B: Evergreen would be better.
A: How long will it take to reach at the port?
B: Usually it takes around 11 days.
A: When can we get the container when it is in the port?
B: It takes around two working days to load down the container. After that we can deliver it to you.

A: What's wrong with my cargo? You said it would come in today but i still havent got the notice yet!
B: Im sorry. Let me check it for you....Sorry the container is still on the way and probably we can get it tomorrow.
A: What happened? I can't catch up with my customer's deadline!
B: Im sorry. The system shows that schele was delayed because of typhoon. I promiss you that we will keep you posted once there is an update. Would you please have a talk with your customer to delay the cancel day?
A: I don't have a choice, do I?
B: Im sorry. We'll do it better next time.

這個是比較完整的流程. 其實和實際操作是有區別的.. 到你自己做這個行當你就知道了

7、剛剛做貨代.不知道怎麼報價,要詳細的答案.最好是幫我舉個例子

你做為貨代,我們做為直客,其實對於每一個客戶詢價,從你的報價就可以看得出你的專業程度和服務水平。根據本人多年的經驗,給你一些小建議:
1)報價務必清楚明了,一旦報出去的價格,如果客戶接受,你不能回過頭來說,你漏了某個附加費用,即便是虧錢,你也得接,否則,你這個客就沒了。
2)報價的同時,要附上詳細的船期,如果你們公司規模大,實力強,同一條航線有不同的船公司,你可以同時提供給客戶選擇,這樣非常能體現出你的專業程度,客戶也一目瞭然。

例如,從上海出去到迪拜,你可以這樣報價:
海運費:USD275+THC+DOC (你也可以報個ALL In價,各有各的好處咯,因為每個客都不一樣的,精明的人喜歡你分開,懶的人希望你給個All In價,他自己不用算得那麼辛苦)
Carrier: COSCO/China Shipping/Yang Ming/Hanjin/Wanhai等等等,當然你報價的時候要按不同的船公司分開來,因為每個船公司的運費和航期不完全是一樣的。

如明有轉船,還要註明二程的船期哦,如果直航就不用。現在經濟這么低迷,船期相對都很穩定的。這樣報大概就一目瞭然了。

9、作為貨代新人該如何打電話詢價

來到貨代公司,很多朋友接受到的指令都是:

以上問題大多新手都會遇到。現在貨代市場比較活躍,突發興起的公司很多,競爭也日趨激烈,自然貨代老闆也希望業務員上來就能工作,而培養一個成手業務員大多需要3個月左右的時間,為了節省時間成本和人力成本,就需要逼新手上架,邊實踐邊學習,在一定程度上這也是一個快進的好辦法。
二.新手遇到的問題:
3.自尊心極強,一次被喝叱,決意不再惹你.
所以對於新手的這種心理我想提如下的建議:
如果單純是詢價,因為市場比較亂的緣故,很多業務員都沒有足夠的耐心向你報價,以建立關系,這時你需要對該公司做一個基本的了解,對方是一代還是合約公司即莊家.這樣的公司詢來的價格才有意義,同時在詢價的時候要找對人,誰負責市場,哪條航線的市場,你目前要走什麼貨.貨量,目的港,始發港,要求時間,什麼方式....都要完全,才可以詢到價錢,另外注意建議合作關系,公司的優勢可能只能一兩個,一條航線有三五家足夠了..
如果是詢問貨主公司走貨:
2.掌握該條航線的特點,船公司可能的中轉點與船期,所包含的費用.可能會發生的費用.
最後打電話時要注意聆聽分析對方的態度,還要了解一下對方的喜好.時不時的拜訪或者聊下天.如果對方心情不好要適當轉移話題,如果對方正煩著,你卻還叨叨不休的介紹你的公司,那就屬於不識相.當然打電話是一種技巧,其實最主要的還是業務知識的積累,只有能替貨主解答疑問,也可能消除貨主的疑問,建立信任.祝大家都成功!
