我是內地的貨代,開發信我沒寫過,不過可以給你提點建議,內地貨代一般是面對直客,直客到哪裡,他們就去哪裡,你需要點明的是,你什麼航線有優勢,你的優勢在哪裡,你優勢的船公司是哪些,直客看重的就價格和服務
4、外貿的基本流程是什麼?
一般流程
1.外貿洽談前期,製作形式發票用於報價、交易參考或客戶申請進口許可等。
2.交易確認以後,製作外貿合同。
3.准備交貨的時候,製作商業發票、裝箱單、核銷單、報關單,申請商檢通關單等報關出口。
4.報關後海關退返核銷單、報關單的收匯聯與核銷聯等。
5.交貨付運後,得到提單(有時是直接做電放提單)。
6.如果付款方式是信用證等方式付款, 需要製作、申辦、整理客戶所需的全套單據,如發票、裝箱單、商檢證、產地證、受益人證明等等以收取貨款。
7.憑收匯銀行水單、核銷單、報關單核銷聯等辦理核銷與退稅。

2.完整(COMPLETENESS)。從某種意義上講主要指一筆業務所涉及全部單據的完整性。可從以下幾方面理解:第一、內容完整;第二、份數上完整;第三、種類的完整。憑單據買賣的合同/信用證都會明確要求出口方需提交哪些單據、提交幾份、有無正副本要求、需否背書及應在單據上標明的內容,所有這些都必須得到滿足。
3.及時(INTIME;PUNCTUALITY)指單據製作不遲延。具體可以這樣理解:及時制單、及時審單、及時交單、及時收匯。
製作單據是個復雜的工程,多數單據由出口方完成,有些需要相關部門配合完成;審核應齊抓共管,這樣就可以保證在規定的時間內把全部合格單據向有關方面提交,及時交單肯定意味著能及時收匯,及時收匯意味著又一個良性業務環節的開始。
4.簡明(CONCISENESS)指所製作的單據簡單、明了。UCP500規定,「為了防止混淆和誤解,銀行應勸阻在信用證或其任何修改書中加註過多的細節內容」,有關專家也指出,單據中不應出現與單據本身無關的內容。
5.整潔(TIDINESS)指單據應清楚、干凈、美觀、大方,單據的格式設計合理、內容排列主次分明、重點內容醒目突出。不應出現塗抹現象,應盡量避免或減少加簽修改。
5、新手做外貿,前期怎樣做
一、首先你要好好看看國內經濟新聞,關心國際動態。
二、選擇在這個形勢下依然能很好生存的行業。最直接的方法就是平時多瀏覽一下網上或者電視上海關的數據總結,這才是你的方向,看看中國進出口哪些行業的比例比較高,可以反映出一些東西。
三、了解外貿的基本流程。如果你連怎麼做外貿都不懂,那你該如何從頭開始把每一步做好呢。這個可以上網上去搜很多基本的外貿知識。了解各個流程要用到的知識,理論的和實踐操作的最好都去熟悉一下。
四、了解你要合作的外貿公司或者外貿平台。現在電子商務越來越成為大家找客戶的主要途徑。現在B2B網站層出不窮,網上也還是有很多在這些網站上躍躍欲試的人們。喜歡的。
